My client, a Fortune 500 Financial Services organization is hiring a contractor to support them the administration & maintenance of their enterprise CyberArk environment.

This role requires hands-on administration, and support of CyberArk, including troubleshooting, monitoring, maintenance and break/fix support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience in the engineering and administration of CyberArk..
• 3+ years experience in the engineering and administration of and SailPoint IIQ.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills including break/fit experience.
• Good scripting experience in one or more languages, PowerShell & Python are preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with RBAC in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Good understanding of ITIL, specifically the change management process..
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.
• CISSP or similar.
• Excellent communication skills - able to work across cross-functional teams.
