Vets in Tech
As a military ex-serviceman, Oli’s also founded Parallel’s “Vets in Tech” campaign to spread awareness around how talent teams can create a more inclusive hiring process for military veterans. He does this through a series of interviews with military veterans in the tech industry and hosts CV workshops at Parallel.
Oli is passionate about encouraging more military veterans to get into IT, the role we as recruiters play in supporting veterans in their transition back to ‘civvy’ life and the workplace, why military veterans remain an “untapped pool of talent” for the tech world and much more.
