Position Overview

ERP Solutions Architect

Full-time

100% remote (occasional travel to East Coast)

Up to $120,000 base plus bonus & benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Business & Technical Expertise: Expertise in ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning), with emphasis on Warehouse and Transportation modules such as Inventory Allocation, Transportation Planning, Picking, Packing, and Shipping.
• Cloud & Digital Transformation: Experience in shaping future technology stacks, including cloud solutions and digital transformation.
• Collaborative Work: Collaborates with Business Analysts to understand departmental needs, providing systemic IT support.
• Solution Design: Technical soundness in system architecture design and planning.
• Product Management: Drives strategy for key business areas like Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain/Logistics, Sales, HR, and Finance.

Required Skills & Technologies:

• 5+ years of experience with ERP, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and TMS (Transportation Management Systems) in a distribution or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of IBM iSeries AS400 and SQL with advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with ERP bolt-on applications, reporting tools, and system architecture.
• Proficient in change management and process improvement.
• Strong consultative skills, technical acumen, and business acumen.
