Power Platforms Lead (Vice President)

Position Overview

Full-time, direct hire

Up to $195k base plus bonus & benefits

Hybrid working, 1 day a week in Jersey City office

Investment Banking sector

This VP level Power Platform Lead is an experienced hire and will lead a technical team in the development of a Data platform which will support the business in reaching Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Sustainability business objectives.

The primary goal is to create a streamlined data platform to be used across the business and functional areas.

The data platform will be built on Microsoft technologies specifically the Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, as well as SQL and Azure.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years experience of Software Development experience (Microsoft tech stack)
• 5+ years experience in leading and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with a focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• 5+ years experience of successfully leading teams in the design and delivery of complex technical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
• Experience with SQL databases and programming.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong process mapping skills.
• Experience working within an Agile Scrum team using JIRA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
