    John Bevan

    John joined Parallel back in 2012, as a fresh-faced grad who has climbed the ranks! He is responsible for growing our US enterprise. John always wanted to move abroad and luckily the chance to come to NY arrived! Since He’s been here he’s managed to travel to a large number of states and the surrounding countries – it makes living here addictive! When he’s not working or travelling, he’s with his dog, watching crime docs and Manchester United matches.

    Dylan Tracey

    Dylan joined Parallel Consulting in January 2022, following a successful 7.5 year career in retained, temporary and direct-hire recruitment. He is well versed in placing experienced software professionals across multiple industries and successfully spearheaded a global expansion for his previous firm, scaling it from 1 to 26 people and developing it into a $36mil enterprise. In his downtime; he is a polite Arsenal fan, British Heart Foundation runner and avid reader. He has a four-year-old red poodle that knows everyone in the office on a first name basis!

    Alex Hampton

    Alex joined Parallel just under two years ago, and works in our Data team. He covers senior leadership roles as well as Data Architecture/Engineering, BI, and Data Science. He loves engaging with Founders and Senior Leaders, learning about what their vision is and understanding what they look for in candidates in the market that goes beyond just their technical skills. Outside of work, Alex is a “stereotypical Australian” - Coffee, Beer, Sport, BBQ's Travelling,  not necessarily in that order. 

  • Senior Account Manager

    Claire Hynes

    Claire joined Parallel in March 2022, specialising in Cloud & Infrastructure from entry-level IT positions (1st line) right up to IT leadership roles (CTO) and everything in between. She has over 9 years of experience in recruitment in total, and has worked with clients in Financial Services, Consulting, Government/Federal, Aerospace, Insurance and Tech Start-ups including some very exciting “Unicorns”. Outside of work, Claire is an avid Marvel fan, and animal lover - especially her 7-year-old bulldog named Winston.

    Justin Pak

    Justin joined Parallel two years ago as an Account Manager, specializing in Analytics. He works with a lot of credit risk, forensic data analytics, and data professionals. With 5 years of recruitment experience, Justin found himself gravitating towards tech recruiting because of how fast the market is growing. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling the world, eating good food, and spending quality time with friends and family. He also likes collecting sneakers and is an avid basketball fan!

    Fran Patt

    Fran joined Parallel in December 2021, and works in our Data team. She loves her market as she majored in Business Intelligence and Analytics, so has an excellent technical understanding (giving her a great advantage over candidates). Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, her friends, and going on a long walk around the city… and somehow ending up at a great happy hour on a nice day!

  • Recruitment Consultant, Infrastructure

    Emaly Ferrar

    Emaly joined Parallel in January of 2022. Since joining, she has had the opportunity to help run the Cloud/Infrastructure desk in the New York office. She works with candidates who have skill sets in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, writing scripts/codes and who specialize in AWS, GCP or Azure. Emaly loved the idea of recruiting as it has allowed her the opportunity to help candidates make the move and start their dream jobs. When she’s not working, you can find her still exploring NYC as she’s only 9 months into her relocation!
