We help you handle payroll, taxes, workstations, office management, HR, immigration and retention - everything you need.
Thorough conversation with the employer where we discuss the requirements, budget, urgency, timelines etc. and mutually agree a process.
We then create a long list/market map of all candidates that meet the criteria. Typically a list of ~30-40 candidates.
We start headhunting and speaking to those candidates from the long list. We qualify out candidates that do not meet the criteria and/or interpersonal skills.
We typically end-up with a pool of 3-5 suitable candidates.
